Naaman commander of the army of the king of Syria was a great man with his master and in high favor because by him the Lord had given victory to Syria He was a mighty man of valor but he was a leper

Naaman, commander of the army for the king of Aram, was a great man in his master's sight and highly regarded because through him, the Lord had given victory to Aram. The man was a brave warrior, but he had a skin disease.

Now Naaman, captain of the host of the king of Syria, was a great man with his master, and honourable (8803), because by him the LORD had given deliverance unto Syria: he was also a mighty man in valour, but he was a leper (8794).
