Job 15:2 (b) This figure is used to express Job's opinion of the vain talk and the useless conversation of his three friends, and of others who talk vaguely of GOD's business.
Isaiah 27:8 (b) In this way GOD expresses His power to control the storms of life and the vicissitudes of our daily experience. His dealings with men are compared to various kinds of winds according to the character of those dealings.
