AV [Note: Authorized Version.] of Acts 13:7-8; Acts 13:12; Acts 18:12; Acts 19:38 (RV [Note: Revised Version.] ‘proconsul’) as tr. [Note: translate or translation.] of Gr. anthupatos . See Proconsul. 3. RV [Note: Revised Version.] of Jeremiah 51:23; Jeremiah 51:28 (AV [Note: Authorized Version.] ‘ruler’), Daniel 3:2-3; Daniel 6:7 (AV [Note: Authorized Version.] ‘governor’) as tr.
