So they went and found a colt outside in the street, tied by a door. They untied it,
And they went their way, and found the colt tied by the doore without, in a place where two wayes met: and they loose him.

So they went and found a young ass tied up at the front door of a house. They were untying it,
And thei yeden forth, and founden a colt tied bifor the yate with out forth, in the metyng of twei weies; and thei vntieden hym.
And they went away, and found a colt tied at the door outside in the open street; and they loose him.
And they went, and found the colt tied by the door without, in a place where two ways met; and they loose him.
So they went and found a colt tied at a door, outside in the street, and untied it.
So they went their way, and found the [fn] colt tied by the door outside on the street, and they loosed it.
The two disciples left and found the colt standing in the street, tied outside the front door.
The two followers went on their way. They found the young donkey tied by the door where two streets crossed. They took the rope off its neck.
They went away and found a colt tied near a door, outside in the street. As they were untying it,
And they departed, and found a colt, tied unto a door outside, on the street, - and they are loosing him.
And going their way, they found the colt tied before the gate without, in the meeting of two ways. And they loose him.
And they went away, and found a colt tied at the door out in the open street; and they untied it.
And they wet their waye and foud a coolte tyed by the dore with out in a place where two wayes met and they losed him.
And they went away, and found the colt tied at the door without, by the two ways, and they loose it,
They wete their waie and founde the foale tyed by ye dore without at the partynge of the waye, and lowsed it.
accordingly they went, and finding the colt tied before a door, where two ways met, they untied it.
They went and found a colt tied to a door at the street corner and untied it. Some of those standing there said, "What are you doing untying that colt?" The disciples replied exactly as Jesus had instructed them, and the people let them alone. They brought the colt to Jesus, spread their coats on it, and he mounted.
They found the colt and sure enough,

We know that your enemies will die, and all the wicked will be defeated.

And they went their way,.... The two disciples went to the village, where Christ sent them, without objecting any difficulties that might present, in the execution of these orders:
and found the colt tied by the door without; in the street, fastened to the door of the owner's house, at the town's end:
in a place where two ways met; to go into and out of the village; at the corner house, where two ways met; so that the place was very public, and such an affair could not be transacted, without being seen:
and they loose him; as soon as ever they came to the place, they immediately began to untie the colt, and were going away with him.
