Jattir: Jattir or Jether, according to Eusebius, was situated in the district of Daroma, or the southern part of Judah, 20 miles - south from Eleutheropolis, towards the city of Malatha. Joshua 15:48, 1 Samuel 30:27, 1 Samuel 30:28

Abraham and Isaac went back to the servants who had come with him, and they returned to Abraham's home in Beersheba.

The thirteen priestly cities (see the marginal references) were all in the tribes of Judah, Simeon, and Benjamin. Thus, as Calvin remarks, God so overruled it that the priestly families were placed upon the spot which He had determined before hand to choose as the site of His temple.
