After the Exile
1 All Israel was registered in the genealogies that are written in the Book of the Kings of Israel. But Judah was exiled(C1) to Babylon because of their unfaithfulness.
1 So all Yisra'el were reckoned by genealogies; and, behold, they are written in the book of the kings of Yisra'el: and Yehudah was carried away captive to Bavel for their disobedience.

A Genealogy of the Returned Exiles
1 So all Israel was recorded in genealogies, and these are written in the Book of the Kings of Israel. And (a)Judah was taken into exile in Babylon because of their breach of faith.
1 The names of all the people of Israel were listed in their family histories, and those family histories were put in the book of the kings of Israel.
The People in Jerusalem
The people of Judah were captured and forced to go to Babylon, because they were not faithful to God.

The people of Judah were taken to Babylonia as prisoners because they sinned against the Lord.
1 So all Isra'el was listed by genealogies, and these were recorded in the book of the kings of Isra'el. Then Y'hudah was carried away captive to Bavel because of their unfaithfulness.

1 All the people of Israel were listed according to their families, and this information was recorded in The book of the Kings of Israel.
The people of Judah had been deported to Babylon as punishment for their sins.

2 The first(C1) to live in their towns on their own property again were Israelites, priests, Levites, and temple servants.(C2)2 Now the first inhabitants who lived in their possessions in their cities were Yisra'el, the Kohanim, the Levites, and the temple servants.2 Now the first inhabitants that dwelt in their possessions in their cities were, the Israelites, the priests, Levites, and the Nethinims. 2 (b)Now the first to (c)dwell again in their possessions in their cities were Israel, the priests, the Levites, and the (d)temple servants. 2 The first people to come back and live in their own lands and towns were some Israelites, priests, Levites, and Temple servants. 2 The first to resettle on their property and in their cities were some Israelites, priests, Levites, and temple servants.
2 (C1)Now the first of the returned exiles who lived again in their possessions in their cities were Israel, the priests, the Levites, and (C2)the Nethinim (temple servants).
2 (C1)Now the first inhabitants who lived on their own property in their cities were people of Israel, including the priests, the Levites, and (C2)the (F1)temple servants.2 Now the first inhabitants who lived in their possessions in their cities were Israel, the priests, the Levites, and the Nethinim. 2 And the chiefe inhabitants that dwelt in their owne possessions, and in their owne cities, euen Israel the Priestes, the Leuites, and the Nethinims.
2 (C1)Now the first who lived in their possessions in their cities were Israel, the priests, the Levites, and (C2)the (F1)temple servants.2 Now the first to resettle their own property in their cities were Israelites, priests, Levites, and temple servants. 2 And the first people to return to their towns included priests, Levites, temple workers, and other Israelites. 2 The first people to return to their possessions in the cities were the Isra'elim, the cohanim, the L'vi'im and the temple servants.

Those Who Returned to Their Land
2 The first ones to live again in their land and in their cities were Israel, the religious leaders, the Levites and the servants of the Lord's house. 2 Now the first to live again in their possessions in their towns were Israelites, priests, Levites, and temple servants.2 Now, the first inhabitants, who were in their possessions, in their cities, were Israel, the priests, the Levites, and the Nethinim.2 Now the first that dwelt in their possessions, and in their cities, were the Israelites, and the priests, and the Levites, and the Nathineans.2 Now the first to dwell again in their possessions in their cities were Israel, the priests, the Levites, and the temple servants.2 And the first inhabitants, who [are] in their possession, in their cities, of Israel, [are] the priests, the Levites, and the Nethinim.2 And the first inhabitants, who [are] in their possession, in their cities, of Israel, [are] the priests, the Levites, and the Nethinim.
The Back-from-Exile Community in Jerusalem
2 The first Israelites to return from exile to their homes and cities were the priests, the Levites, and the temple support staff.

3 These people from the descendants of Judah, Benjamin, Ephraim, and Manasseh settled in Jerusalem:
3 In Yerushalayim lived of the children of Yehudah, and of the children of Binyamin, and of the children of Efrayim and Menashsheh:3 And in Jerusalem dwelt of the children of Judah, and of the children of Benjamin, and of the children of Ephraim, and Manasseh; 3 And some of the people of Judah, Benjamin, Ephraim, and Manasseh lived in Jerusalem:
3 People from the tribes of Judah, Benjamin, Ephraim, and Manasseh lived in Jerusalem. 3 And some of the people of Judah, Benjamin, Ephraim, and Manasseh lived in Jerusalem: 3 And, in Jerusalem, there dwelt, of the sons of Judah, and of the sons of Benjamin, - and of the sons of Ephraim, and Manasseh:3 And in Jerusalem dwelt of the children of Juda, and of the children of Benjamin, and of the children of Ephraim, and of Manasses.3 And some of the people of Judah, Benjamin, E'phraim, and Manas'seh dwelt in Jerusalem:3 And in Jerusalem dwelt of the sons of Judah, and of the sons of Benjamin, and of the sons of Ephraim and Manasseh:3 And those who dwelt in Jerusalem of the sons of Judah, and of the sons of Benjamin, and of the sons of Ephraim and Manasseh:3-6 Returning to Jerusalem from the families of Judah, Benjamin, Ephraim, and Manasseh were the following: Uthai son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, from the line of Perez son of Judah; from the Shilonites were Asaiah the firstborn and his sons; from the family of Zerah there was Jeuel. There were 690 in the Judah group.3 Some of the sons of Judah, of the sons of Benjamin and of the sons of Ephraim and Manasseh lived in (C1)Jerusalem:
4 Uthai son of Ammihud, son of Omri, son of Imri, son of Bani, a descendant(F1) of Perez son of Judah;
4 `Utai the son of `Ammihud, the son of `Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the children of Peretz the son of Yehudah.4 Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the children of Pharez the son of Judah. 4 Uthai the son of Ammihud, son of Omri, son of Imri, son of Bani, from the sons of (e)Perez the son of Judah.
4 There was Uthai son of Ammihud. (Ammihud was Omri's son. Omri was Imri's son. Imri was Bani's son. Bani was a descendant of Perez, and Perez was Judah's son.)
4 The settlers included: Uthai son of Ammihud, son of Omri, son of Imri, son of Bani, who was a descendant of Perez son of Judah.4 Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the sons of Perez the (C1)son of Judah.4 Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, from the sons of Perez the (C1)son of Judah.4 Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the children of Perez the son of Judah. 4 Vthai the sonne of Amihud the sonne of Omri, the sonne of Imri, the sonne of Bani: of the children of Pharez, the sonne of Iudah.4

4 Uthai was Ammihud's son. Ammihud was Omri's son. Omri was Imri's son. Imri was Bani's son. Bani was a descendant of Perez. Perez was Judah's son.4 Zori the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Benjamin, of the descendants of Pharez the son of Judah.4-6 There were 690 families of the tribe of Judah who lived in Jerusalem.
The descendants of Judah's son Perez had as their leader Uthai, the son of Ammihud and grandson of Omri. His other ancestors included Imri and Bani.
The descendants of Judah's son Shelah had as their leader Asaiah, who was the head of his family.
The descendants of Judah's son Zerah had Jeuel as their leader. 4 Uthai the son of Ammihud, son of Omri, son of Imri, son of Bani,[a] from the sons of Perez,[b] the son of Judah. 4 Uthai, the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, the sons of Pharez, the son of Judah.4 Namely of the children of Phares the sonne of Iuda, was Vthai the sonne of Ammihud the sonne of Amri, the sonne of Imri, the sonne of Bani. 4 Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the children of Perez the son of Judah. 4 Uthai, the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the sons of Perez, the son of Judah.4 Uthai the sonne of Amihud, the sonne of Omri, the sonne of Imri, the sonne of Beni, of the children of Pharez the sonne of Iuda.4 Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the children of Perez the son of Judah. 4 Uthai the sonne of Amihud, the sonne of Omri, the sonne of Imri, the sonne of Bani, of the children of Pharez the sonne of Iudah. 4 And Gnothi, and the son of Samiud, the son of Amri, the son of Ambraim, the son of Buni, son of the sons of Phares, the son of Juda. 4 Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the children of Perez the son of Judah. 4 Othi, the sone of Amyud, sone of Semry, sone of Omroy, sone of Bonny, of the sones of Phares, the sone of Juda;4 Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the sons of Perez the son of Judah.4 Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the children of Pharez the son of Judah.4 Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the descendants of Perez, the son of Judah.
4 One family that returned was that of Uthai son of Ammihud, son of Omri, son of Imri, son of Bani, a descendant of Perez son of Judah. 4 They were Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, from the sons of Perez the son of Judah. 4 Uthai son of Ammihud, son of Omri, son of Imri, son of Bani, from the sons of Perez son of Judah. 4 Uthai son of Ammihud, son of Omri, son of Imri, son of Bani, of the sons of Perez, son of Judah.4 Othei the son of Ammiud, the son of Amri, the son of Omrai, the son of Bonni of the sons of Phares the son of Juda.4 Uthai the son of Ammi'hud, son of Omri, son of Imri, son of Bani, from the sons of Perez the son of Judah.4 Uthai son of Ammihud, son of Omri, son of Imri, son of Bani, of the sons of Pharez, son of Judah.4 Uthai son of Ammihud, son of Omri, son of Imri, son of Bani, of the sons of Perez, son of Judah.4 Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, from the sons of Perez the (C1)son of Judah.

5 Of the Shilonite people there were Asaiah and his sons. Asaiah was the oldest son in his family.
