Nothing remains for him to devour;Therefore his prosperity does not endure.

Therefore the wicked will not rise in the judgment,Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

Therefore my heart is glad and my glory rejoices;My flesh also will dwell securely.

Good and upright is Yahweh;Therefore He instructs sinners in the way.

Yahweh is my strength and my shield;My heart trusts in Him, and I am helped;Therefore my heart exults,And with my song I shall thank Him.

Therefore, let every holy one pray to You at a time when You may be found;Surely in a flood of great waters they will not reach him.

O my God, my soul is in despair within me;Therefore I remember You from the land of the JordanAnd the peaks of Hermon, from Mount Mizar.

You are fairer than the sons of men;Grace is poured upon Your lips;Therefore God has blessed You forever.
