 [רֶ֫גֶב] noun masculine clod of earth; — plural רְגָכִים יְדֻבָּ֑קוּ Job 38:38 clods are joined together; construct רְגְבֵי נָחַ֑ל Job 21:33 clods of (the) wady.

Gesenius' Hebrew and Chaldee Definition

רֶגֶב pl. const. רִגְבֵי a clod. Job 21:33, “the clods of the valley are sweet unto him,” i.e. the earth is light upon him. Job 38:38, וּרְגָבִים יְדֻבָּקוּ “and (if) the clods cleave fast together,” adhere.
