Gesenius' Hebrew and Chaldee Definition

צָוַח to cry out, to exclaim with joy, Isaiah 43:11. (Chald. id. In Arabic contractedly, Med. quiescent صَاحَ for صح. I suppose both to be softened from the harder צָרַח, صرخ, compare Isaiah 42:11 and 13 Isaiah 42:13.) Hence
