Hoph`al Perfect 3 masculine singular וְהֻסַּג אָחוֺר מִשְׁמָּט Isaiah 59:14 and justice is driven back ("" צְדָקָה מֵרָחוֺקתַּעֲמֹד).

נָסַג i.q. סוּג to draw back, to depart, only in Kal in the inf. absol. נָסוֹג Isaiah 59:13 and fut. יִסַּג Micah 2:6.
Hiphil הִסִּיג
(1) to remove, to take away. Micah 6:14, “thou shalt take away but shalt not save.”
(2) to displace (a landmark) Deuteronomy 19:14, 27:17 Hosea 5:10 once יַשִּׂיגוּ Job 24:2.
Hophal הֻסַּג to be removed, to depart, Isaiah 59:14. [In Thes. this is merely spoken of as “an uncertain root, see סוּג.”]
