נֹב (perhaps for נֹבֶה “high place,” from the root נָבָה), [Nob], pr.n. of a sacerdotal town in the tribe of Benjamin, near Jerusalem, 1 Samuel 22:11, 19 1 Samuel 22:19; Nehemiah 11:32; Isaiah 10:32. With ה parag. נֹבֶה for נֹבָה towards Nob, 1 Samuel 21:2, 22:9.
