 [מַעֲדָן] noun [masculine] dainty (food), delight only plural; — מַעֲדַגֵּי מֶלָךְ Genesis 49:20 royal dainties; הָאֹכְלִים לְמַעֲדַנִּים Lamentations 4:5 those who ate (according to dainties) daintily; more Generally וְיִתֵּןמַעֲדַנִּים לְנַפְשֶׁ֑ךָ Proverbs 29:17 he shall give delight to thy soul ("" וִינִידֶ֑ךָ). — מַעֲדַנּוֺת, also below ענד.
