II. נעם (perhaps to be assumed as √ of following, Ne Marg. 10; Arabic speak in a low, Gentle voice, note, melody; Syriac rugivit, gentle sound, note; Late Hebrew נְלִימָה melody; Sirach 45:9 לתת נעימה to make music; compare Hiph`il Sirach 47:9b margin).
מַנְעַמִּים m. pl. delicate fare, dainties, from the root נָעַם, which is also used in Arabic in speaking of costly banquets, Psalms 141:4.
