1294) ym (מתס MTs) AC: Squeeze CO: ? AB: Strong: The pictograph m is a picture of water representing might, the y representing the side. Combined these mean "mighty sides". When one strengthens the sides internal pressure is forced on the sides of the upper body.

מְטָה Ch. (Hebr. מָצָא, from which, however, it differs as to usage).
(1) to come to any person or place, Daniel 6:25, 7:13.
(2) to reach to, Daniel 4:8, 17, 19.
(3) to come, e.g. time, Daniel 7:22, followed by עַל to come upon any one, to happen to him, Daniel 4:21, 25.
