Pi`el Imperfect 3 feminine singular וַתְּיַבֵּב Judges 5:28 through the windows she looked and shrilly cried.

Piel, to exclaim, to cry out, Judges 5:28. (Aram. id.; specially used of joyful exclamations; found in the Targums for Hebr. הֵרִיעַ, רִנֵּן, Syr. also to blow a trumpet, ܝܘܽܒܳܒܳܐ the sound of a trumpet. Arabic أَبَّبَ id.; especially of a battle-cry or shout; comp. יוֹבֵל)
