";lead away with,"; is used metaph. in the pass, ";am carried away with"; as with a flood : cf. Galatians 2:13, 2 Peter 3:17. On the AV, RV rendering ";condescend to"; in Romans 12:16 see Field Notes, p. 163, where the corresponding use of συμπεριφέρομαι, ";comply with,"; ";accommodate oneself to,"; as in Sirach 25:1 γυνὴ καὶ ἀνὴρ ἑαυτοῖς συμπεριφερόμενοι, is cited.
