I conspicuous, ἵν' ἔ. μετὰ πᾶσιν Ἀργείοισι γένοιτο Il. 5.2: hence, considerable, σίτου μοῖρα CPHerm. 6.4.
II quite plain, πάντ' ἐποίησεν ἔκδηλα D. 2.21, cf. OGI 665.13 (i A. D.), etc.: Sup., ἐκδηλοτάτη ἐνάργεια Phld. Herc. 1251.13.
