διάκρισις, διακρισεως, (διακρίνω), a distinguishing, discerning, judging: πνευμάτων, 1 Corinthians 12:10; καλοῦ τέ καί κακοῦ, Hebrews 5:14; μή εἰς διακρίσεις διαλογισμῶν, not for the purpose of passing judgment on opinions, as to which one is to be preferred as the more correct, Romans 14:1 (see διαλοσμος, 1).
