Imag. i. xi. 780 Καΰστρῳ ταῦτα καὶ Ἴστρῳ ᾄσονται, Heliod. Aethiop. v. 15 ἐμβατήρια ᾄδ. Διονύσῳ (Nägeli, p. 42). For the passive see P Giss I. 99.8 (ii/iii A.D.) ὕμνοι μὲν ἄι [δονται ] γλώτ ̣τῃ ξενικῇ.
