- When all our enemies ... heard about this, all the surrounding nations were afraid and disheartened ..., vvv for they realized that this task had been accomplished by our God.

And when all our enemies heard of it all the nations around us were afraid and fell greatly in their own esteem for they perceived that this work had been accomplished with the help of our God

When all our enemies heard this, all the surrounding nations were intimidated and lost their confidence, for they realized that this task had been accomplished by our God.
