καὶ εἶπεν τοῖς ἀγγέλοις τοῖς ἐρχομένοις τάδε ἐρεῖτε τοῖς ἀνδράσιν Ιαβις αὔριον ὑμῖν ἡ σωτηρία διαθερμάναντος τοῦ ἡλίου. καὶ ἦλθον οἱ ἄγγελοι εἰς τὴν πόλιν καὶ ἀπαγγέλλουσιν τοῖς ἀνδράσιν Ιαβις, καὶ εὐφράνθησαν.
Berean Study Bible
So they said to the messengers who had come, "Tell - the men of Jabesh-gilead: ... 'Deliverance will be yours tomorrow by the time the sun ... is hot.'" And when the messengers relayed this to the men of Jabesh, they rejoiced.
English Standard Version
And they said to the messengers who had come Thus shall you say to the men of Jabesh-gilead Tomorrow by the time the sun is hot you shall have salvation When the messengers came and told the men of Jabesh they were glad
Holman Christian Standard Version
He told the messengers who had come, "Tell this to the men of Jabesh-gilead: 'Deliverance will be yours tomorrow by the time the sun is hot.'" So the messengers told the men of Jabesh, and they rejoiced.
