Achsa, Achsah (ăk'sah), anklet. The daughter of Caleb. Caleb promised her in marriage to any one who should take Kirjath-sepher, or Debir. Judges 1:11. Othniel, son of Kenaz, Caleb's younger brother, took the city and gained the hand of Achsah, to whom her father gave an inheritance. Joshua 15:16-19; Judges 1:12-15.
