Also known as Sedulius the Younger. An Irish commentator of the 9th century who taught at Liege, Belgium. Author of an important ethical treatise De Rectoribus Christianis (Christian Rulers) the first "Mirror of Princes," as such works came to be called. He left a commentary on Porphyry's Isagoge, a scriptural commentary, and interesting letters.
