In the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist after the consecration of the bread and wine, our Lord Jesus Christ, True God and True Man, is truly, really, substantially, and abidingly contained under the species of these sensible things, i.e.,bread and wine. This doctrine is opposed to the various Protestant teachings of a figurative, symbolic, dynamic, or transient presence.
