Hymn for Vespers on the Feast of Corpus Christi, and used as a processional hymn on Holy Thursday, Corpus Christi, and during the Forty Hours' Adoration. The two last verses, the "Tantum Ergo", are sung at Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament. Written by Saint Thomas Aquinas, it has approximately twenty-five translations; the one given is by E. Caswell.
