First Chronicles presents Pedaiah and Shealtiel as brothers. 3. Manassite father of Joel (1 Chronicles 27:20 ). 4 . Son of Parosh assisting in Nehemiah's repair of the wall (Nehemiah 3:25 ). 5 . Witness to Ezra's renewal of the covenant (Nehemiah 8:4 ), perhaps identical with 4. 6. Benjaminite father of Joed (Nehemiah 11:7 ). 7 . Levite whom Nehemiah appointed a Temple treasurer (Nehemiah 13:13 ).
