A Corinthian Christian who together with Stephanus and Achaicus ministered to Paul at Ephesus (1 Corinthians 16:17 ). The three perhaps brought Paul a letter from Chloe's household in Corinth. In view of their anticipated return to Corinth, they perhaps delivered First Corinthians as indicated in the superscription of the Textus Receptus.
