Verses 1-13

Judges 17:1 And there was a man of mount Ephraim, whose name was Micah.

Judges 17:1 Word Study on “Micah” PTW says the name “Micah” is probably a contraction of “Micaiah,” which means, “who is like Jehovah?”

Judges 17:6 In those days there was no king in Israel, but every man did that which was right in his own eyes.

Judges 17:6 Comments - When Jesus is not King in our lives, then we do that which is right in our own eyes.
