Once -- The High Priest entered one day a year, the day of atonement, but on that day it seems he entered twice. First to offer the blood of a bull for himself and his family, and second to offer the blood of a goat for the people. Jesus didn’t have to make an offering for himself, for he was holy and sinless Hebrews 7:26.

Look -- wait, waiting, "wait eagerly"; "eagerly await"
After the High Priest entered the Most Holy Place, the people awaited his reappearing, cf. Luke 1:21.
His appearing to them meant "salvation", for the H.P. reappearance meant the sin offering had been made.
