So the king said, “Go and see where he is, so I can send men to capture him.”
He said, Go and see where he is, that I may send and get him. It was told him, saying, Behold, he is in Dotan.
And he said, Go and spy where he is, that I may send and fetch him. And it was told him, saying, Behold, he is in Dothan.
And he said, "Go and see where he is, that I may send and seize him." It was told him, "Behold, he is in Dothan."
The king said, "Go and find him so I can send men and catch him." The servants came back and reported, "He is in Dothan."
The king ordered, "Go, find out where he is, so I can send some men to capture him." The king was told, "He is in Dothan."
So he said, "Go and see where he is, so that I may send [men] and seize him." And he was told, "He is in Dothan."
So he said, "Go and see where he is, so that I may send men and take him." And it was told to him, saying, "Behold, he is in Dothan."
And he said, Goe, and espie where he is, that I may sende and fetch him. And one tolde him, saying, Beholde, he is in Dothan.
So he said, "Go and see where he is, that I may send and take him." And it was told to him, saying, "Behold, he is in Dothan."
"Find out where he is!" the king ordered. "I'll send soldiers to bring him here." They learned that Elisha was in the town of Dothan and reported it to the king.
He said, "Go and see where he is, so that I can send and bring him here." They told him, "He's in Dotan."
And he said, Go and see where he is, and I will send and fetch him. And it was told him saying, Behold, he is in Dothan.
The king of Aram said, "Find Elisha, and I will send men to catch him." The servants told the king of Aram, "Elisha is in Dothan."
And he said, Go and see where he is, that I may send and take him. And it was told him, saying, Behold, he is in Dothan.
"Find out where he is," the king ordered, "and I will capture him." When he was told that Elisha was in Dothan,
Then he said, "Go and see where he is so that I can send and capture him." Then he was told to him, "Look, he is in Dothan."
And he said, Go and see where he is , and I will send and seize him. And it was told him, Behold, he is in Dothan.
He sayde: Go youre waye the and loke where he is, that I maye sende, and cause him be fetched. And they shewed him and sayde: Beholde, he is at Dothan.
And he said, Go and see where he is, that I may send and fetch him. And it was told him, saying, Behold, he is in Dothan.
Then he said, Go and see where he is, so that I may send and get him. And news came to him that he was in Dothan.
He sayde: Go, and spie where he is, that I may sende and fet him. And one told him, saying: Behold, he is in Dothan.
And he said: 'Go and see where he is, that I may send and fetch him.' And it was told him, saying: 'Behold, he is in Dothan.'
And he said, Goe and spie where he is, that I may send and fetch him. And it was tolde him, saying, Behold, he is in Dothan.
And he said, Go, see where this man is, and I will send and take him. And they sent word to him, saying, Behold, he is in Dothaim.
And he said, Go and see where he is, that I may send and fetch him. And it was told him, saying, Behold, he is in Dothan.
So the king said, "Go and see where he is, that I may send men to capture him." On receiving the report, "Elisha is in Dothan,"
And the kyng seide to hem, `Go ye, and se, where he is, that Y sende, and take hym. And thei telden to him, and seiden, Lo! he dwellith in Dothaym.
And he saith, `Go ye and see where he [is], and I send and take him;' and it is declared to him, saying, `Lo -- in Dothan.'
And he said, Go and see where he is, that I may send and fetch him. And it was told him, saying, Look, he is in Dothan.
And he said, Go, and spy where he [is], that I may send and bring him. And it was told him, saying, Behold, [he is] in Dothan.
He said, Go and see where he is, that I may send and get him. It was told him, saying, Behold, he is in Dothan.
So he said, "Go and see where he is, that I may send and get him." And it was told him, saying, "Surely he is in Dothan."
So he said, "Go and see where Elisha is, that I may send men to take him." And he was told, "See, he is in Dothan."
He said, "Go and find where he is; I will send and seize him." He was told, "He is in Dothan."
And he said - Go, and see where he is, that I may send and take him. And it was told him, saying - Lo! in Dothan.
And he said to them: Go, and see where he is: that I may send and take him. And they told him: saying: Behold he is in Dothan.
And he said, "Go and see where he is, that I may send and seize him." It was told him, "Behold, he is in Dothan."
The king said, "Go and find out where he is. I'll send someone and capture him." The report came back, "He's in Dothan."
So he said, "Go and see where he is, that I may send and take him." And it was told him, saying, "Behold, he is in Dothan."

Then the people began to multiply on the earth, and daughters were born to them.
The sons of God saw the beautiful women and took any they wanted as their wives.

And he said, go, and spy where he is, that I may send and fetch him,.... But how could he expect to take him, who could give the king of Israel such intelligence of his designs against him, that he might escape his snares?
and it was told him, saying, behold, he is in Dothan; a city in the tribe of Manasseh, not far from Shechem; see Genesis 37:17.
Barnes' Notes on the Bible
Dothan - See the marginal reference note. It was at no great distance from Shechem. Its ancient name still attaches to a Tel or hill of a marked character (compare 2 Kings 6:17), from the foot of which arises a copious fountain.
Clarke's Notes on the Bible
Verse 2 Kings 6:13. Behold, he is in Dothan. — This is supposed to be the same place as that mentioned in Genesis 37:17. It lay about twelve miles from Samaria.
