The rest of the events of Jehoash’s reign, along with all his accomplishments and the power he had to wage war against Judah’s King Amaziah, are written in the Historical Record of Israel’s Kings.
Now the rest of the acts of Yo'ash, and all that he did, and his might with which he fought against Amatzyah king of Yehudah, aren't they written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Yisra'el?
And the rest of the acts of Joash, and all that he did, and his might wherewith he fought against Amaziah king of Judah, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?

And the rest of the acts of Joash, and all that he did,.... Though none of his acts as yet are recorded, but his sinful ones:
and his might; or valiant actions in war with the Syrians, 2 Kings 13:25,
and wherewith he fought against Amaziah king of Judah; of which there is an account in the following chapter:
are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel? in the history of the transactions of their reigns.

Verse 2 Kings 13:12. Wherewith he fought against Amaziah — This war with Amaziah may be seen in ample detail 2 Chronicles 25:0; it ended in the total defeat of Amaziah, who was taken prisoner by Joash, and afterwards slain in a conspiracy at Lachish. Joash took Jerusalem, broke down four hundred cubits of the wall, and took all the royal treasures, and the treasures of the house of God. See 2 Chronicles 25:20-27.
