Luke 19:35
They brought the colt to Jesus. Then, throwing their coats on its back, they helped Jesus get on. As he rode, the people gave him a grand welcome, throwing their coats on the street.

Pray constantly that you will have the strength and wits to make it through everything that's coming and end up on your feet before the Son of Man."

That way, God's bright presence will be evident in everything through Jesus, and he'll get all the credit as the One mighty in everything—encores to the end of time. Oh, yes!

And they brought him to Jesus,.... That is, the colt:
and they cast their garments upon the colt; that is, the disciples, who brought him to Jesus; the Persic version here, as in
Matthew 21:7 renders it very wrongly, "Jesus put his own garment on its back, and sat on it"; it follows,
and they set Jesus thereon; in order to ride upon him, as he did to Jerusalem.
