Yahweh Loves the Gates of Zion

¹ His ^(C1)foundation is in the holy mountains.

² Yahweh ^(C1)loves the gates of Zion
More than all the dwelling places of Jacob.

^3 (C1)Glorious things are spoken of you,
O ^(C2)city of God. ^Selah may mean Pause, Crescendo, Musical Interlude">(F1)Selah.

⁴ "I shall mention ^(F1)(C1)Rahab and Babylon among those who know Me;
Behold, Philistia and ^(C2)Tyre with ^(F2)(C3)Ethiopia:
'This one was born there.'"

⁵ But of Zion it shall be said, "This one and that one were born in her";
And the Most High Himself will ^(C1)establish her.

⁶ Yahweh will count when He ^(C1)registers the peoples,
"This one was born there." Selah.

⁷ And ^(C1)singers, just like the ^(C2)dancers, will all say,
"All my ^(C3)springs are in you."
