But Peter said, “Man, I don’t know what you’re talking about!” Immediately, while he was still speaking, a rooster crowed.
And Peter said, Man, I know not what thou sayest. And immediately while he yet spake, the cocke crew.

But Kefa said, "Man, I don't know what you're talking about!" And instantly, while he was still speaking, a rooster crowed.
And Peter said, Man, I know not what thou sayest. And immediately, while he was yet speaking, [the] cock crew.
But Peter said, "Man, I don't know what you are talking about!" Immediately, while he was still speaking, a rooster crowed.
And Peter saide, Man, I knowe not what thou sayest. And immediatly while hee yet spake, the cocke crewe.
Peter said, Man, I do not know what you are saying. And immediately while he was still speaking, the cock crew.
But Peter answered, "Man, I don't know what you are talking about!" At once, while he was still speaking, a rooster crowed.
But Peter said, "Man, I do not know what you are talking about!" And immediately, while he was still speaking, a rooster crowed.
And Peter said, Man, I do not know what you say. And immediately, while he yet spoke, the cock crowed.

And Peter said, Man, I have no knowledge of these things of which you are talking. And straight away, while he was saying these words, there came the cry of a cock.
But Kefa said, "Man, I don't know what you are talking about!" Immediately, while he was still speaking, a rooster crowed.
But Peter said, "Mister,Man">[fn] I don't know what you're talking about!" Just then, while he was still speaking, a rooster crowed.
Kipha saith, Man, I know not what thou sayest. And at once, while he was speaking, the cock crew.
Cephas said: Man, I know not what thou sayest. And immediately, while he was speaking, the cock crew.
And Peter sayde: Man I wote not what thou sayest. And immediatlye whyle he yet spake, the Cocke crewe.
But Peter said, Man, I know not what thou sayest. And immediately, while he yet spake, the cock crew.
But Peter said, "Man, I don't know what you are talking about!" Immediately, while he was still speaking, a rooster crowed.
And Peter said, Man, I know not what thou meanest. And immediately, while he yet spake, the cock crew.
"Man, I don't know what you mean," replied Peter. No sooner had he spoken than a cock crowed.

But Peter said, "Man, I don't know what you are talking about." And immediately, while he was still speaking, the rooster crowed.
But Peter said, "Sir, I do not know what you are saying." And at once, while he was talking, a rooster crowed.
But Peter said, "Man, I do not know what you are talking about!" At that moment, while he was still speaking, the cock crowed.
But Peter said - Man! I know not what thou art saying! And, instantly while yet he was speaking, a cock crew.
And Peter said: Man, I know not what thou sayest. And immediately, as he was yet speaking, the cock crew.
But Peter said, "Man, I do not know what you are saying." And immediately, while he was still speaking, the cock crowed.
and Peter sayde: ma I woote not what thou sayest. And immediatly whyll he yet spake the cocke crewe.
and Peter said, `Man, I have not known what thou sayest;' and presently, while he is speaking, a cock crew.
But Peter saide: Ma, I wote not what thou sayest. And immediatly whyle he yet spake, ye cock crewe.
Peter reply'd, man, I don't know what you would say, and immediately while he was yet speaking, the cock crew.
Peter said, "Man, I don't know what you're talking about." At that very moment, the last word hardly off his lips, a rooster crowed. Just then, the Master turned and looked at Peter. Peter remembered what the Master had said to him: "Before the rooster crows, you will deny me three times." He went out and cried and cried and cried.
But Pete again said, "Why does everyone keep saying I know this man? I don't!"Just then, while the words were still tumbling from his mouth, a rooster crowed.

And Peter said, man, I know not what thou sayest,.... Suggesting, that he was so far from being a follower of Jesus, or a disciple of his, and from having any personal acquaintance with him, that he did not know what he was talking of, or at least could not understand what he meant by this harangue, or by talking after this manner about him; and then began to curse and swear, and wish the most dreadful things to befall him, if he knew any thing of Jesus of Nazareth:
and immediately while he yet spake: in this shocking manner, with his mouth full of oaths, curses, and imprecations:
