" God 's Passover is to be held on the fourteenth day of the first month. On the fifteenth day of this month hold a festival. "For seven days, eat only unraised bread: Begin the first day in holy worship; don't do any regular work that day. Bring a Fire-Gift to God , a Whole-Burnt-Offering: two young bulls, one ram, and seven male yearling lambs—all healthy. Prepare a Grain-Offering of six quarts of fine flour mixed with oil for each bull, four quarts for the ram, and two quarts for each lamb, plus a goat as an Absolution-Offering to atone for you. "Sacrifice these in addition to the regular morning Whole-Burnt-Offering. Prepare the food this way for the Fire-Gift, a pleasing fragrance to God , every day for seven days. Prepare it in addition to the regular Whole-Burnt-Offering and Drink-Offering. "Conclude the seventh day in holy worship; don't do any regular work on that day. "On the Day of Firstfruits when you bring an offering of new grain to God on your Feast-of-Weeks, gather in holy worship and don't do any regular work. 16 The Lord said: Celebrate Passover in honor of me on the fourteenth day of the first month of each year. 17 The following day will begin the Festival of Thin Bread, which will last for a week. During this time you must honor me by eating bread made without yeast. 18 On the first day of this festival, you must rest from your work and come together for worship. 19 Bring to the altar two bulls, one full-grown ram, and seven rams a year old that have nothing wrong with them. And then offer these as sacrifices to please me. 20 Six pounds of your finest flour mixed with olive oil must be offered with each bull as a grain sacrifice. Four pounds of flour mixed with oil must be offered with the ram, 21 and two pounds of flour mixed with oil must be offered with each of the young rams. 22 Also offer a goat as a sacrifice for the sins of the people. 23All of these are to be offered in addition to the regular daily sacrifices, and the smoke from them will please me. 25 Then on the last day of the festival, you must once again rest from work and come together for worship. 26 The Lord said: On the first day of the Harvest Festival, you must rest from your work, come together for worship, and bring a sacrifice of new grain.

Gill's Notes on the Bible
And in the fourteenth day of the first month,.... The month Nisan, as the Targum of Jonathan or Abib, which, upon the Israelites coming out of Egypt, and on that account, was made the first month; otherwise Tisri or September was the first month, see Exodus 12:2,
[is] the passover of the Lord; a feast in which a lamb was killed and eaten, in memory of the Lord's passing over the houses of the Israelites, when he slew the firstborn in Egypt; see Exodus 12:6.
Barnes' Notes on the Bible
The Passover offering was the same as that of the New moon, and was repeated on each of the seven days of the festival, thus marking the importance and the solemnity of the occasion. The details of the offering had not been previously prescribed.
