¹ Praise the LORD!
Praise God in His ^(C1)sanctuary;
Praise Him in His mighty ^(C2)heavens.

² Praise Him for His ^(C1)mighty acts;
Praise Him according to the abundance of His ^(C2)greatness. ^(VR1)

³ Praise Him with ^(C1)trumpet sound;
Praise Him with ^(C2)harp and lyre.

⁴ Praise Him with ^(C1)tambourine and dancing;
Praise Him with ^(C2)stringed instruments and ^(C3)flute.

⁵ Praise Him with resounding ^(C1)cymbals;
Praise Him with loud cymbals.

⁶ Let ^(C1)everything that has breath and every breath of life praise the LORD!
Praise the LORD! (Hallelujah!)
