The Descendants of David
1 These were the sons of David who were born to him in Hebron: The firstborn was Amnon, by Ahinoam of Jezreel; the second was Daniel, by Abigail of Carmel;1-4 King David ruled from Hebron for seven years and six months, and during that time he had six sons, who were born in the following order: Amnon, Daniel, Absalom, Adonijah, Shephatiah, and Ithream. Ahinoam from Jezreel was the mother of Amnon; Abigail from Carmel was the mother of Daniel; Maacah daughter of King Talmai of Geshur was the mother of Absalom; Haggith was the mother of Adonijah; Abital was the mother of Shephatiah; and Eglah was the mother of Ithream.
David then ruled from Jerusalem for thirty-three years,

1 Some of David's sons were born in the town of Hebron. This is a list of David's sons:
David's first son was Amnon. Amnon's mother was Ahinoam. She was from the town of Jezreel.
The second son was Daniel. His mother was Abigail from Carmel in Judah.

4 Six sons were born to David in Hebron, where he reigned seven years and six months, and he reigned in Jerusalem thirty-three years.(C1)

4 (a)All six were born in Hebron during the seven and a half years that David ruled there.
In Jerusalem he ruled as king for thirty-three years, 4 Six were born to him in Hebron. And he reigned there seven years and six months. Then David reigned another thirty-three years in Jerusalem. 4 Six sons were born to David in Hebron. He ruled there for seven years and six months. And he ruled in Jerusalem for thirty-three years. 4 six were born to him in Hebron, where he reigned for seven years and six months. And he reigned thirty-three years in Jerusalem. 4 six born to him in Hebron, and he reigned there, seven years and six months. And, thirty and three years, reigned he, in Jerusalem.4 So six sons were born to him in Hebron, where he reigned seven years and six months. And he reigned thirty-three years in Jerusalem.4 Six have been borne to him in Hebron, and he reigneth there seven years and six months, and thirty and three years he hath reigned in Jerusalem.4 Six have been borne to him in Hebron, and he reigns seven years and six months there, and he has reigned thirty-three years in Jerusalem.4-9 He had these six sons while he was in Hebron; he was king there for seven years and six months.
He went on to be king in Jerusalem for another thirty-three years. These are the sons he had in Jerusalem: first Shammua, then Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon. Bathsheba daughter of Ammiel was the mother of these four. And then there were another nine sons: Ibhar, Elishua, Eliphelet, Nogah, Nepheg, Japhia, Elishama, Eliada, Eliphelet—David's sons, plus Tamar their sister. There were other sons by his concubines.4 Six were born to him in Hebron, and (C1)there he reigned seven years and six months. And in Jerusalem he reigned thirty-three years.

5 and these were born to him in Yerushalayim: Shim`a, and Shovav, and Natan, and Shlomo, four, of Bat-Shua the daughter of `Ammi'el;5 And these were born unto him in Jerusalem; Shimea, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four, of Bathshua the daughter of Ammiel: 5 (e)These were born to him in Jerusalem: (f)Shimea, Shobab, Nathan and (g)Solomon, four by (h)Bath-shua, the daughter of (i)Ammiel; 5 These were his children who were born in Jerusalem: Shammua, Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon—the four children of David and Bathsheba, Ammiel's daughter. 5 These were the sons born to him in Jerusalem:
Shimea, Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon—the mother of these four was Bathsheba the daughter of Ammiel.5 (C1)These were born to David in Jerusalem: (F1)Shimea (Shammua), Shobab, Nathan, (C2)Solomon—four by (C3)Bath-shua (Bathsheba) daughter of Ammiel (Eliam);5 (C1)These were the children born to him in Jerusalem: Shimea, Shobab, Nathan, and (C2)Solomon, four by (C3)Bath-shua the daughter of Ammiel;5 and these were born to him in Jerusalem: Shimea, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four, of Bath-shua the daughter of Ammiel; 5 And these foure were borne vnto him in Ierusalem, Shimea, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Salomon of Bathshua the daughter of Ammiel:5
5 These were born to him in Yerushalayim: Shim‘a, Shovav, Natan, Shlomo, four whose mother was Bat-Shua the daughter of ‘Ammi'el;
5 And these were born to him in Jerusalem: Shimea, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four, of Bath-shua the daughter of Ammiel; 5 These are the children born to David in Jerusalem:
There were four sons from Bathsheba,[a] the daughter of Ammiel. They were Shimea, Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon.5 Now these are the names of the sons that were born to him in Jerusalem: Shimea, Shecob, Nathan, and Solomon, 5 (b)and many sons were born to him there.
His wife Bathsheba, daughter of Ammiel, bore him four sons: Shimea, Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon. 5 And these were born to him in Jerusalem: Shimea, Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon, four by Bathshua the daughter of Ammiel; 5 And these were born to him in Jerusalem: Shimea, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four to Bathsheba the daughter of Ammiel;5 And these were borne vnto him at Ierusalem: Simea, Sobab, Nathan, Salomo: these foure of Bethseba ye doughter of Ammiel. 5 and these were born unto him in Jerusalem: Shimea, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four, of Bath-shua the daughter of Ammiel; 5 And in Jerusalem he had four sons, Shimea and Shobab and Nathan and Solomon, by Bath-shua, the daughter of Ammiel;5 And these were borne vnto him in Hierusalem: Sima, Sobab, Nathan, and Solomo, foure, of Bathsua the daughter of Ammiel,5 And these were born unto him in Jerusalem: Shimea, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four, of Bath-shua the daughter of Ammiel;5 And these were borne vnto him in Ierusalem.
