NAS – But what does it say? "THE WORD IS NEAR YOU, IN YOUR MOUTH AND IN YOUR HEART"—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching,
NA26 – ἀλλὰ τί λέγει; (5719) Ἐγγύς σου τὸ ῥῆμά ἐστιν, (5748) ἐν τῷ στόματί σου καὶ ἐν τῇ καρδίᾳ σου· τοῦτ ἔστιν (5748) τὸ ῥῆμα τῆς πίστεως ὃ κηρύσσομεν. (5719)
WH – αλλα τι λεγει (5719) εγγυς σου το ρημα εστιν (5719) εν τω στοματι σου και εν τη καρδια σου τουτ εστιν (5719) το ρημα της πιστεως ο κηρυσσομεν (5719)

NAS – for with the heart {a person} believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.
