NAS – And His disciples asked Him, "Why then do the scribes say that Elijah must come first?"
NA26 – καὶ ἐπηρώτησαν (5656) αὐτὸν οἱ μαθηταὶ λέγοντες, (5723) Τί οὖν οἱ γραμματεῖς λέγουσιν (5719) ὅτι Ἠλίαν δεῖ (5904) ἐλθεῖν (5629) πρῶτον;
