NAS – but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.
NA26 – ἐὰν δὲ ἐν τῷ φωτὶ περιπατῶμεν (5725) ὡς αὐτός ἐστιν (5748) ἐν τῷ φωτί, κοινωνίαν ἔχομεν (5719) μετ ἀλλήλων καὶ τὸ αἷμα Ἰησοῦ τοῦ υἱοῦ αὐτοῦ καθαρίζει (5719) ἡμᾶς ἀπὸ πάσης ἁμαρτίας.
WH – εαν δε εν τω φωτι περιπατωμεν (5725) ως αυτος εστιν (5719) εν τω φωτι κοινωνιαν εχομεν (5719) μετ αλληλων και το αιμα ιησου του υιου αυτου καθαριζει (5719) ημας απο πασης αμαρτιας

NAS – If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us.

NAS – If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous, so that He will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
NA26 – ἐὰν ὁμολογῶμεν (5725) τὰς ἁμαρτίας ἡμῶν, πιστός ἐστιν (5748) καὶ δίκαιος ἵνα ἀφῇ (5632) ἡμῖν τὰς ἁμαρτίας καὶ καθαρίσῃ (5661) ἡμᾶς ἀπὸ πάσης ἀδικίας.
