NAS – For what advantage does the wise person have over the fool? What does the poor person have, knowing {how} to walk before the living?
ALE – כי מה יותר לחכם מן הכסיל מה לעני יודע להלך נגד החיים
BHS – כִּ֛י מַה־יֹּותֵ֥ר לֶחָכָ֖ם מִֽן־הַכְּסִ֑יל מַה־לֶּעָנִ֣י יֹודֵ֔עַ לַהֲלֹ֖ךְ נֶ֥גֶד הַחַיִּֽים׃
MAS – כי מה יותר לחכם מן הכסיל מה לעני יודע להלך נגד החיים
WLC – כִּ֛י מַה־יֹּותֵ֥ר לֶחָכָ֖ם מִֽן־הַכְּסִ֑יל מַה־לֶּעָנִ֣י יֹודֵ֔עַ לַהֲלֹ֖ךְ נֶ֥גֶד הַחַיִּֽים׃
RAH – ὅτι τίς περισσεία τῷ σοφῷ ὑπὲρ τὸν ἄφρονα διότι ὁ πένης οἶδεν πορευθῆναι κατέναντι τῆς ζωῆς.
SWE – ὅτι περισσεία τῷ σοφῷ ὑπὲρ τὸν ἄφρονα, διότι ὁ πένης οἶδεν πορευθῆναι κατέναντι τῆς ζωῆς.
