NAS – and he said, "Far be it from me, LORD, that I would do this! {Should I drink} the blood of the men who went at {the risk of} their lives?" So he would not drink it. These things the three mighty men did.
ALE – ויאמר חלילה לי יהוה מעשתי זאת הדם האנשים ההלכים בנפשותם ולא אבה לשתותם אלה עשו שלשת הגברים {ס}
BHS – וַיֹּ֡אמֶר חָלִילָה֩ לִּ֙י יְהוָ֜ה מֵעֲשֹׂ֣תִי זֹ֗את הֲדַ֤ם הָֽאֲנָשִׁים֙ הַהֹלְכִ֣ים בְּנַפְשֹׁותָ֔ם וְלֹ֥א אָבָ֖ה לִשְׁתֹּותָ֑ם אֵ֣לֶּה עָשׂ֔וּ שְׁלֹ֖שֶׁת הַגִּבֹּרִֽים׃ ס
MAS – ויאמר חלילה לי יהוה מעשׂתי זאת הדם האנשׁים ההלכים בנפשׁותם ולא אבה לשׁתותם אלה עשׂו שׁלשׁת הגברים
WLC – וַיֹּ֡אמֶר חָלִילָה֩ לִּ֙י יְהוָ֜ה מֵעֲשֹׂ֣תִי זֹ֗את הֲדַ֤ם הָֽאֲנָשִׁים֙ הַהֹלְכִ֣ים בְּנַפְשֹׁותָ֔ם וְלֹ֥א אָבָ֖ה לִשְׁתֹּותָ֑ם אֵ֣לֶּה עָשׂ֔וּ שְׁלֹ֖שֶׁת הַגִּבֹּרִֽים׃ ס
RAH – καὶ εἶπεν ἵλεώς μοι, κύριε, τοῦ ποιῆσαι τοῦτο· εἰ αἷμα τῶν ἀνδρῶν τῶν πορευθέντων ἐν ταῖς ψυχαῖς αὐτῶν πίομαι καὶ οὐκ ἠθέλησεν πιεῖν αὐτό. ταῦτα ἐποίησαν οἱ τρεῖς δυνατοί.
SWE – καὶ εἶπεν Ἵλεώς μοι, Κύριε, τοῦ ποιῆσαι τοῦτο· εἰ αἷμα τῶν ἀνδρῶν τῶν πορευθέντων ἐν ταῖς ψυχαῖς αὐτῶν πίομαι; καὶ οὐκ ἠθέλησεν πιεῖν αὐτό. ταῦτα ἐποίησαν οἱ τρεῖς δυνατοί.
