NAS – But now finish doing it also, so that just as {there was} the willingness to desire it, so {there may be} also the completion of it by your ability.
NA26 – νυνὶ δὲ καὶ τὸ ποιῆσαι (5658) ἐπιτελέσατε, (5657) ὅπως καθάπερ ἡ προθυμία τοῦ θέλειν (5721) οὕτως καὶ τὸ ἐπιτελέσαι (5658) ἐκ τοῦ ἔχειν. (5721)
WH – νυνι δε και το ποιησαι (5658) επιτελεσατε (5657) οπως καθαπερ η προθυμια του θελειν (5721) ουτως και το επιτελεσαι (5658) εκ του εχειν (5721)

NAS – We have sent with them our brother, whom we have often tested and found diligent in many things, but now even more diligent because of {his} great confidence in you.
NA26 – συνεπέμψαμεν (5656) δὲ αὐτοῖς τὸν ἀδελφὸν ἡμῶν ὃν ἐδοκιμάσαμεν (5656) ἐν πολλοῖς πολλάκις σπουδαῖον ὄντα, (5752) νυνὶ δὲ πολὺ σπουδαιότερον πεποιθήσει πολλῇ τῇ εἰς ὑμᾶς.
WH – συνεπεμψαμεν (5656) δε αυτοις τον αδελφον ημων ον εδοκιμασαμεν (5656) εν πολλοις πολλακις σπουδαιον οντα (5723) νυνι δε πολυ σπουδαιοτερον πεποιθησει πολλη τη εις υμας
