Then all the congregation of the sons of Israel journeyed by (F1)stages from the wilderness of (C1)Sin, according to the (F2)command of the LORD, and camped at (C2)Rephidim, and there was no water for the people to drink.

So the people (C1)quarreled with Moses and said, "Give us water so that we may drink!" And Moses said to them, "(C2)Why do you quarrel with me? (C3)Why do you test the LORD?"
