כַּמֹּן m. cummin [a plant], which was used with salt as a condiment (Plin. H. N. 19, 8). Arab. كَمُّونُ [“Ch. כַּמּוֹנָא, Syriac ܟܰܡܘܽܢܳܐ, Eth. ክሚን፡”], Gr. κύμινον. Isaiah 28:25, 27 Isaiah 28:27.
