רָחַשׁ verb keep moving, stir (Late Hebrew stir, move, especially of lips in speech, also, in explanation of מרחשׁת, of stewing, boiling; Aramaic רְחֵישׁ, , , creep, move, flutter, reptile); —
Qal Perfect 3 masculine singular לִבִּי דָּבָר טוֺב׳ר Psalm 45:2 is astir.

Gesenius' Hebrew and Chaldee Definition
רָחַשׁ to boil or bubble up as a fountain (so Syr.) and boiling Water (see מַרְחֶשֶׁת ). Arab. رخش V. VIII. to be moved, agitated. The primary idea appears to be in the noise made by water boiling, compare רָעַשׁ, רָחַץ. Metaph. followed by an acc. Psalms 45:2, רָחַשׁ לִבִּי דָּבָר טוֹב “my heart boils up pleasant words.”
