Qal Participle active נשֶׁא (analogous ה׳ל) 1 Samuel 22:2 every man that had a creditor; אֲשֶׁר נשֶׁא בוֺ Isaiah 24:2 against whom is a ceditor, and plural נשְׁאִים Nehemiah 5:7 Kt (נשִׁים Qr, from נָשָׁה), + accusative of congnate meaning with verb מַשָּׁא.
Hiph`il Imperfect 3 masculine singular לֹאיַֿשִּׁיא אוֺיֵב בּוֺ Psalm 89:23 an enemy shall not act the creditor against him, make exactions of him ("" יְעַנֶּנּוּ). — 1 Kings 8:31; 2 Chronicles 6:22 see נשׂא Qal 1 b (5).

Hiph`il Imperfect 3 masculine singular יַשֶּׁה בְּ Deuteronomy 15:2 who lendeth to his neighbour; 2 masculine singular תַּשֶּׁה בְּ Deuteronomy 24:10 when thou lendest to thy neighbour (+ accusative of congnate meaning with verb).
נָשָׁא not used in Kal, perhaps to err, to go astray, kindred to the verb נָשָׁה to forget, from which is formed inf. absol. נָשֹׁא Jeremiah 23:39 whence Syr. ܢܘܽܫܳܝܐܳ error. [In Thes. perhaps to remove, i.q. נָסַע نشع.]
Hiphil הִשִּׁיא to lead into error, to cause to go astray, whence
(1) to deceive, to impose on any one, followed by a dat. 2 Kings 18:29; Jeremiah 4:10, 29:8 acc. 2 Chronicles 32:15; 2 Kings 19:10; Jeremiah 37:9, אַל־תַּשִּׁאוּ נַפְשׁוֹתֵיכֶם “deceive not yourselves.” Followed by עַל in a pregnant sense, Psalms 55:16 קרי, יַשִּׁי מָוֶת עָלֵימוֹ “let death deceive (and rush) on them,” i.e. let death surprise them contrary to expectation.
(2) to seduce, to corrupt, Genesis 3:13; Jeremiah 49:16.

II. נָשָׁא i.q. נָשָׁה No. II. 2, to lend, followed by בְּ Nehemiah 5:7 whence נשֶׁא בוֹ Isaiah 24:2, and נשֶׁא 1 Samuel 22:2, a creditor.
Hiphil, to exact what has been lent, spoken of a creditor; followed by בְּ of pers. Psalms 89:23.
