מִצְעָר m. (from the root צָעַר)

(1) prop. smallness, hence something small, little, Genesis 19:20; Job 8:7. Used of a small number, 2 Chronicles 24:24, מִצְעַר אֲנָשִׁים “a few men;” of a short time, Isaiah 63:18, לַמִּצְעְר “for a little while.”

(2) [Mizar], pr.n. of a mountain on the eastern ridge of Lebanon, Psalms 42:7.
