בִּלְהָה (perhaps “modesty,” see בָּלַהּ in Kal), [Bilhah], pr.n.

(1) of the handmaid of Rachel, who bore to Jacob Dan and Naphtali, Genesis 30:3, seq.; 35:22.

(2) a town of the tribe of Simeon, 1 Chronicles 4:29 called elsewhere בָּלָה (Joshua 19:3), also בַּעֲלָה.
