For this NT ἅπ. εἰρ. = ";spend time"; (Act. 20:16) Preisigke (Wörterb. s.v.) cites two exx. - UPZ i. 39.29 ( = P Lond I. p. 20) λειτουργίαν τοιαύτην παρεχωμένας χρονοτριβεῖσθαι, and similarly ib. 40.20 ( = P Par 33ii. 2), both of B.C. 162–161.
